2. PRODUCTS

I make every effort to display fine art prints, digital images, and other products as accurately as possible.

However, colors, tones, and brightness may vary depending on your display.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and offerings may be changed at any time without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase.

I reserve the right to accept, modify, or refuse any order in justified cases, such as pricing errors, stock issues, technical problems, or shipping limitations.

An order becomes final only after a confirmation email has been sent.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices may be displayed in HUF or EUR depending on your location and settings.

I reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system.
You agree to provide valid and complete payment information.

5. SHIPPING

Physical print products are made to order and shipped after production.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on production and courier services.

In case of delays, I will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible, but I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, texts, graphics, logos, and visual elements on this website are my intellectual property or are used under license.

Any unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, use of digital files, or use for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This website may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • shipping carriers

  • Meta
  • analytics tools

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by the separate Returns and Refund Policy.

Important notes:

  • made-to-order prints are not subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right, except in cases of damage or defects
  • digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has started

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Some data provided during purchase may be processed through Shopify’s systems.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I make every effort to ensure the website operates smoothly and without interruption.
However, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

I am not liable for damages resulting from technical errors, service outages, courier issues, or third-party system failures.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
