Shipping Policy

All Budapest Images fine art prints are made to order. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the selected product, size, paper type, and destination country.

1. PRODUCTION TIME

Production of physical prints typically takes 2–5 business days.

For custom sizes, special paper types, or framed prints, production time may be longer.

Order processing begins only after successful payment.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Once production is complete, the package is handed over to a courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hungary: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination country, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For digital image purchases, the file becomes available for download immediately after successful payment or is sent to the provided email address.

No physical shipping applies to digital products.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before completing the order.

The final cost depends on:

  • selected size
  • package dimensions
  • destination country
  • courier service

Free shipping may be offered during certain periods or above a specified order value.

5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or additional charges may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact me as soon as possible at:

In case of a valid claim, the damaged product will be replaced free of charge.
