Returns and Refund Policy
Most Budapest Images fine art prints are made to order, therefore different return conditions apply.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER FINE ART PRINTS
Fine art prints produced based on selected size, paper type, framing, or other custom specifications qualify as made-to-order products.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such custom-made items.
This means that prints produced upon individual order cannot be returned solely because you have changed your mind or the final result does not match your expectations.
2. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
For digital image files and other downloadable products, you explicitly acknowledge that by starting the download process, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once the download has begun, refunds are no longer possible.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If the product:
- arrives damaged
- has a production or printing defect
- differs from the ordered size or image
please contact me within 48 hours at:
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damage or defect.
In case of a valid claim, the product will be replaced free of charge or a full refund will be issued.

If a refund request is approved — for example in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items — the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
