Bozsik Arena, formerly Bozsik Stadium, is one of Kispest’s defining sporting landmarks and the permanent home of Budapest Honvéd FC.

Named after József Bozsik, the legendary midfielder of Hungary’s Golden Team, it also serves as an important memorial site in the history of Hungarian football.

The new arena, built after the demolition of the old stadium, carries this legacy forward in a contemporary form. The golden lion statue at the entrance and the recurring red, black and white motifs across the façade echo the identity of Honvéd.

The building is more than a sports venue: it is part of Kispest’s local identity. On matchdays, the area fills with energy, while on weekdays it functions as a quieter part of the urban fabric.
